“Room was fairly clean, sheets had stains on them which was gross, staff very friendly ”

“Staff friendly. We paid for a suite but didn't have a couch as previously when we stayed and paid for a suite. We have sleep issues so get a suite to help with that. Plus my husband wanted to watch NCAA basketball on a couch not the bed!!!! We stayed in February and the swimming pool was closed. It still was closed. Grandkids were looking forward to swim!!!!”

“Ac made a terrible noise. Button in elevator broken. Cover for ac controls just fell off in my hand. Remote control for tv didn’t work. Room had an unpleasant smell. Hotel was dated and unkept. ”

“As soon as you enter the building, there is an overwhelming sewer smell. The man at the desk was not at all friendly. I am used to staying at the cheapest motels I can find and don't expect much, but the smell was hard to endure.”

“was not as clean as i would like. i am not 100% sure the got changed do to ear wigs and ladybug remnants on bed. all and all a good place to lay your for a few hours”

“Check in was handled well, clerk was friendly and gave my dog a treat. Breakfast was very good, hotel seemed new and area was happening, with an outlet mall across the street and nice restaurants within walking distance. ”

“I would like to rate the staff higher however this is the second year I have had an issue with the housekeeping staff. My husband and I attend an event not far from this hotel around the same time every year. Because the event doesn’t start until later in the day, I asked for a late checkout. For $15 I was given until 1 pm. But even though I had a late checkout, the housekeeping staff began knocking on my door at 9 AM. I told them to go away, which means I’m obviously occupying the room and I...
